I received the following e-mail today and I thought it was too good to keep to myself. Enjoy, everyone.

Hi,

I have a fun idea for you and your SGA.

We represent Efren Ramirez, the actor who played "Pedro" in the campus classic film, Napoleon Dynamite.

Efren is a fun guy and has been busy speaking to college students across the country.

Think how exciting your spring SGA elections will be if you bring "Pedro" to campus! This will be the greatest publicity tool for your SGA, generating huge interest in your election, and will positively effect your voter turnout!

Efren can do lots of fun things to help you with your election campaign and results. Just get creative and have fun with it. He will do almost whatever you need him to do to shine the campus spotlight on your election!

Think, for example, how much fun it would be to have your school's candidates present their platform in a large auditorium full of students, with Efren emceeing the event, including his now-legendary Pedro campaign speech!

Efren's one-day appearance fee is $5500 plus coach air and hotel. For $7500 plus expenses, Efren will also guest DJ and spin some records for your SGA-sponsored dance and election-awareness party!
