What is about riding a bike half-way across town to go eat dinner that makes it so much more enjoyable than simply riding in a car? It could be seeing parts of Abilene that I had never seen before. It could have been the short-cuts through alley-ways and across the McMurry Campus. Despite how enjoyable those things were, I think it comes down to remembering that it is a blessing to be alive each day. There are new things to see, new people to meet, and things to learn.
